Mental: set of mental and cognitive skills with the aim of optimizing the personal (or collective) performance of the athlete (s) while promoting the pleasure of practice and autonomy.
Tactics: it is a set of intentions and steps used to achieve an objective and in this case, achieve victory for the opposition sports .
Physical: it is the realization of movements of the body and its members using the contraction of the muscles in relation to its sports practice.
Technics: set of methods used by athletes in the specific practice of their sport.
Mental Performance : It is the combination of personal qualities that form the distinctive character of an athlete with regard to performance.
Leadership/Interpersonal Skills : This can be defined as the state in which others will follow you. Being followed by others does not mean that you are going in a direction that will benefit you and/or the team.
Answers to challenges : there are many obstacles on the way to success. The decisions we make as athletes will determine whether we overcome these challenges or let them dictate the outcome.
Coachability : it is made up of four main categories including; copy with comments and reviews; trust and relationship with others, including coaches and teammates; pleasantness and adaptability; Intensity of effort and passion for learning.
Winning habits : they are the link between motivation and goals. Winning habits are the process athletes use to perform.
Emotional Intelligence in Sport : describes how the athlete understands the environment both externally – team and power dynamics – as well as internally – self-knowledge. In other words, it is the capacity to be aware, to control and express emotions, as well as to manage interpersonal relationships in a judicious and empathetic way.
